How to get to Six Senses Bumthang
Take a most memorable drive with dramatic landscapes of terraced farmland, deep river valleys and precariously perched farmhouses. On the way up, it’s not uncommon to see herds of yaks and if you’re lucky, the occasional quick sightings of wild boar, deer, rare pheasants and other native animals.
From Gangtey, you’ll enjoy a memorable drive through dramatic landscapes of terraced farmland and picturesque deep river valleys with seemingly precariously perched farmhouses, all viewed from the only east-west highway that has been ingeniously carved out of the mountain.
